Anonymous: Would you be willing to discuss a few of your favorite fonts and name a couple of your favorite texture sources? Or at least direct me to somewhere where you've talked about it before. I admire your design, and would love to improve my resources. Thanks!
The Bodoni font family is like that trusty slightly rusted bicycle of mine that has been subject to so much abuse on my part I almost feel bad for it. Otherwise I love simple sans serif fonts like Motor Oil 1937 and Gill Sans MT. For textures, I usually just do a Google search of whatever I need (+ “texture”) and set the results to large only. It’s far simpler than digging through texture packs to find what I want. Otherwise, this is a good resource.
